Mr. B at his fuzzy best
Apr. 29th, 2009 05:57 amA few of Brody and the better views of his pasture. I don't even think they are feeding them right now, the grass is thick enough and they graze all day. He's in decent weight (for a thoroughbred) and just needs muscling.
I forgot to deworm him yesterday. AGAIN x 5. Eventually I will remember...
He is slightly lame though, I think I quicked him with that one nail that went too high when tacking that shoe back on. I'm conflicted between pulling the nail out and then having it rain (mud) this weekend vs. having it there. From how he acts and works out of it, I think it's just there against the sensitive tissues, not actually through it or in it. Still. sigh! I won't take him cross country next week unless he's 100% the days before hand, since hauling him all that way for nothing is ... well, pointless.
But photos! that's what we are here for :)

( just a few more pictures )
