gonna be there with thelitas this time around (last time was a mini LJ meetup, v. awesome). which is extra-awesome since she's on top of my folks-to-meet list (with normandy_shores), so I get to have fun, watch amazing kick ass ponies, see a new Cirque show, go out dancing/drinking/clubbing and just have a kick-ass time (and birthday to boot!).

anyone else from the f-list or LJ land going?

I'm on for WEG. I have the vacation time saved up and the room reserved, because God Knows 2010 will get here faster than we think. I'm signed up to be a volunteer, and plan to spend a full week there.

see, we can only roll over 40 hours from year to year, so saving now doesn't do me much good. I'll start saving up in September :P

40 hours is all you need to take a week off! So I have 40 hours that I'm not touching. I consider that my "Zero" level on vacation time. Then I always have an extra week available.

true, except we have to use it by the end of march, so saving now only means I have to take a week off between Jan 1 and march 31st next year.

still, I like your POV. except I always have too many things to do and not enough vacation time :) I rarely fritter it away but I get about 7 hours each paycheck (every 2 weeks) so it accrues quickly too.
